Which TCG cards does RKT Grading currently accept?
RKT Grading currently accepts cards from the Pokémon, Metazoo, One Piece & Yu-Gi-Oh! TCGs.
Which countries can submit cards to RKT Grading?
RKT Grading will accept cards from anywhere on the globe, but will currently only ship to the UK & EU territories as standard. We may be able to facilitate other countries on a per-case basis, but please get in touch prior to submission.
How do I send my cards?
Please send your cards via a Royal Mail delivery method. We strongly recommend you send your cards via an insured/tracked service, but we will accept your cards either way. Sending untracked parcels risks losing track of your cards, something we want you to avoid.
Is there a minimum order amount?
We require a minimum order value of £30 to ensure that every order is worthwhile — both for you and for us. Here’s why:
It helps us cover our costs. Even small service tasks involve overhead — from administration and quality control to payment processing and record-keeping. A minimum ensures that every order covers those fixed costs, so we can continue offering a high-quality service.
It keeps our service efficient and sustainable. Processing a very small order takes the same amount of time and effort as a larger one. By setting a threshold, we reduce the number of low-value orders and can focus on delivering excellent service for orders that meet the minimum.
It helps maintain fair pricing. Without a minimum order value, we’d need to charge more per order to cover overhead — which could make the service unaffordable. The £30 minimum lets us balance value for you with viability for us.
It ensures better value and consistency. By asking for a minimum spend, we can commit the time and resources needed to give each grading service the attention it deserves — rather than spreading efforts thin over many small orders.

When do I pay?
Payment occurs before the grading process begins. During checkout you will receive a final fee valuation for your submission, dependent upon the number of cards and level of service selected.
Note: Return delivery fees are covered by the per-card price.

Which delivery service does RKT Grading use and how long does it take?
RKT Grading will use insured and tracked Royal Mail delivery services.
Exact delivery times are dependent on which RKT pricing tier you have purchased.
Bronze Service: 3-5 Working days

How do I track my delivery?
Once your parcel is ready for shipping, RKT Grading will send you an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number and confirming dispatch of your cards.
Head to https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter the reference number of your package.
What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
Once you receive the Royal Mail tracking number of your return, you will need to contact Royal Mail support for further assistance.
